To ensure the continuity of LJM and the Muslim presence in the present and the future, LJM has set out to acquire the current premises and the adjacent rooms for € 1,842,500 to be paid over three years as follows:

• € 470,000 (Includes legal fees estimated at € 170,000) on 09/03/2012
• € 322.800 on 01/09/2012
• € 532.150 on 01/08/2013
• € 517.550 on 01/08/2014

We believe that we must above all rely on our community and do everything in our own power and effort and God, the Almighty will supply the rest.

If each and everyone who uses the mosque bought a square meter, a place of prayer, we would manage to acquire the premises.

Therefore, we have put 500 m2 up for sale, at the symbolic price of € 3,600 payable over 36 months at 100 € per month.

We have decided to open this opportunity for donors wishing to make a concrete action, a permanent alms (sadaqa jaariyah).

A roll of honor with the names of donors by order of donation will be displayed at the entrance of the Center.

To participate, we are asking you to sign a purchase contract (attached) and sign a standing order for 36 months.

Having numerous donors will help in building a future cash-flow and would enable us to borrow money, in case we might be at risk of missing the deadline of an installment. This would also convince foreign donors of our seriousness and our vitality.
